Blizzard is a playable character in Primal Rage 2. He returns from his role in Primal Rage 1. Blizzard has a few different move properties, especially on Ice Geyser. Ice Geyser was changed from a move that only worked from a very small radius to a move which can be used at any range creating a large ice fist from out of the ground. He also has some moves that didn't make it like the Punching Bag.

Primal Rage 2 has win quotes for each character. These are all of Blizzard's win quotes. He is the only character to speak in another language in the entire game:

- Hyper Attack: HP+LP
Knockdown move, tosses the opponent into the air. - Taunt: Press Start
Causes the Rage meter to fully charge. - Grab Worshipper: D,D HF+LQ
Grab a worshipper to eat. Fully charges the Rage meter. - Grab Opponent: F+HP (When Close to Opponent)
A throw, this cannot be blocked. - Overhead Smack F+LP (When Close to Opponent)
An overhead attack used on an opponent blocking while ducking. - Big Jump: Charge D, U (Can be used in all jumping directions)

Rage Morphs
These are the Rage morphs that a character can use when the Rage meter is full.

These are the moves unique to Diablo.
- Ice Geyser: D, DB, B, Low
Blizzard lifts his arm into the air bringing up an ice fist from the floor. If the fist is touched by the opponent then the opponent will freeze. It will also take projectiles but will explode after getting hit by one. - Mega Punch: D, DF, F, Low
Blizzard winds up a punch and jumps towards his opponent with his fist outstretched in front of him. Depending on the strength of the button pressed Blizzard will go farther. - Cold Breath: D, DF, F, High
Blizzard exhales a cold breath which will freeze his opponent upon being touched. Depending on the strength of the button pressed the ice breath will go faster. - Sky Throw: LF + HF
If Blizzard and his opponent are both in the air. Then pressing LF + HF will throw the opponent from the air and onto the ground - Ground Sky Throw: F, B, LF + HF
Blizzard will stretch out his arm as if he is going to perform the punching bag. If he touches his opponent Blizzard will be in the air and will throw his opponent onto the floor.
Finishers:
- Like many characters in Primal Rage 2, Blizzard doesn't have a programmed finisher. This is because of the games unfinished state.
Suicide:
- Unfinished Suicide: HQ + HF + LF, U, U, D
Blizzard will just freeze into one of his hurt frames and will stay there forever. It is unknown what this suicide was supposed to be.
Ending:
With Necrosan destroyed, Blizzard can finally complete his task of freeing the old yeti ancients from their frozen imprisonment. He travels to the north pole and the south pole to speed the expansion of the polar caps. Icy glaciers advance down the continents, covering New Chicago and London under miles of ice. The weight of the polar caps causes the Urth to wobble off its axis. The urth tilts until the polar caps come to rest at the equator. In time, the polar caps melt. Beneath Antarctica, is the lost continent of Atlantis. The great Ancient Yetis are thawed from their frozen prisons and the rule of Neo Urth wit hthe ancient technologies of Atlantis.
